Rhythmische Sportgymnastik

Für Mädchen ab 5 Jahre
Die Gymnastinnen der Rhythmischen Sportgymnastik besitzen ein hohes Maß an Kraft, Ausdauer und vor allem Koordination.
Anmeldung
Ein Probetraining kann ausschließlich montags durchgeführt werden.

Gerne kann die Gruppe „Gymnastik mit Handgeräten“ montags von 15:30 – 17:00 zum Einstieg genutzt werden. Zu finden unter Vereinsangebot!
Zusatzkosten

Übungsinhalte:

Die Gymnastinnen der Rhythmischen Sportgymnastik besitzen ein hohes Maß an Kraft, Ausdauer und vor allem Koordination.

Eine Kür besteht aus Drehungen, Sprüngen, Gleichgewichts- und Beweglichkeitselementen. Diese werden durchgehend mit einer Handgeräteschwierigkeit kombiniert.
